Cant play the game

I am having this issue where after champion select, the game doesn't open. I don't have a problem with the client, only the actual game. I cant figure out what to do with this problem. My connection is good, so its not that. I have Mcafee but I disabled the firewall and allowed league through. I thought the problem was razer synapse but I closed that too and it still didn't fix the issue. Anyone else having this issue?

Restart your computer, riot cached it's game into something you can't manually close out. Unless you arn't actually killing off kernal. But yeah, had this problem before, and restarted pc and fixed it.
