Infinite "Searching for Match 5v5"

I have been put in a lower priority queue because of wifi and computer problems. As a leaver buster I have to wait 20 minutes before Match Making. Once that 20 minutes is over I am in the "Searching for Match 5v5". My first time I waited 16 minutes before leaving and waiting in the lower priority queue. Second time it took 29 minutes then I left. Now another 19 minutes and I never seem to be placed in a game. Can I get input on how to resolve the problem.
