Game lagging

I have been experiencing a lot of lag for the past 4 days. I have contacted my ISP to make sure there was nothing wrong with my line, everything was good on their side and even when I do a speedtest everything looks 100%.

I then tried to run a full repair on the game thinking i might have a bug somewhere and still no luck, I am from South-Africa and play on 180-190 ms and have been getting 300+ all game long.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this issue?
