[CRASH] Defeat/Victory screen

once i get to the defeat or victory screen after a game and press the continue button the screen just freezes and i am unable to exit the screen, cannot alt + f4 the tab unable to close it and unable to change to any other tabs at all i thought it might be a pc or internet issue but have been unable to find anything out of the ordinary in those areas so i'm assuming it must be another issue involving a bug i can open the start menu by pressing windows but anything i open i am unable to access even task manager couldnt be accessed to forcibly close the tabs, no unresponding wnidow opens or the like either i've had to restart my computer after ever game which is quite inconvenient. thanks for any feedback/support/info you can give
