Champion select ui bug

THis bug been around for a couple of year and havent been fixed yet. It happen to me from time to time, not too often but it is realy anoying. When in champ select i over a champ when i am not picking, and when it jump to my turn i am stuck whit the champion portrait and spell description stuck on my sreen, unable to make it disapear until i pick and lock a champion, but sometime it will block the button to close mastery page, and the mastery page make it impossible to select a champion, making me drop game and have to wait or loose LP.
