[Gameplay] Cassiopeia/Serpah's Embrace

Whilst playing Cassiopeia on Aram using her new Eternum skin, I encountered a possibly bug involving Seraph's Embrace active shield .

1. I was getting away from a fight and I used my Serpaph's Embrace active to try and help me live a bit longer.
2. In the end I got caught up and I died.
3. Upon respawning, I still had the visual effect of the Serpah's Embrace being used when infact I had no shield active and my Seraph's Embraces went onto cooldown.

Not sure if a bug with the item, the skin, the champ, the map or just a one time thing. There was no issue within the game but it appeared distracting.
