League Loading Client Crashing

So, it's getting to the point that I can't even join games. I have tried three different googled solutions of the problem, and also re-installing all of league.

I login to league of legends no problem, wait in the lobby and the game disconnects on and off constantly. With a wired connection and being able to host a skype call without any lag in the call what so ever, even checking my computer it's not struggling, and nothing else online is struggling either.

IF I can get into a game, the game functions more or less fine without any problems as far as I can see. It's just that it takes a long time to actually get into the game or I don't connect to the lobby and so I end up unable to play or I never got the accept button. The multitude of problems this causes for trying to get into a game is ridiculous. Does anyone have any solutions or bugs that riot is working on fixing that might explain this?

Essentually at this point I'm close to quitting not because it isn't a fun game, just more because it's a fun game I minus well not get my hopes up to playing.
