Hello, since the Zed changes, I have noticed that the shuriken that indicates a death marked target is within lethal range has been glitchy. It sometimes appears and sometimes doesn't, even if the ult pop will kill them. I do not know what causes it to not appear, but have noticed it. Just to be clear, I am not talking about the shuriken that used to mark targets that would give more AD.

Not really a bug.

You know how electrocute procs really fast, and only procs on the 3 ability hit?

The death mark pop might have been the 3rd damaging ability.

So death mark didn't kill the target. The electrocute proc did. That's why the shuriken didn't show above the head.
