Didn't Get Promoted When Went 2/1 in Promos to Silver IV Game Froze at end

First link is my past couple of games. This first 3 games were my promos i'm sure you can verify this. But what happened was i lost the first one and won the next 2, which promotes me right? My game froze at the end of game 2 and i had to reset my computer. I logged back in to find I was 0/0 in promos. My game leading up to promos i went a a really good streak from 0 Lp to 100 Lp. Please I hope you can verify every thing that happened to me by going into my recent games and leagues and whatever. Hopefully you respond before I go start playing again and possibly drop Lp if I lose my second set of promos. Some more evidence that this bug happened was that if it would have counted that game as a loss ( the last win in promos ) then why would it drop me right back into promos again with no free win since i "lost" the first set of promos? You see what I mean? Little Timeline: 1: Got into promos. 2: Went 2/1 im promos. 3: Since i didn't get promoted going 2/1 why would it instantly put me in promos again with no free win. I hope this is enough evidence to give me the Silver IV that I earned.
