[Gameplay] Furor Boots Summoner Rift (Tooltip)

I have been testing a new build recently on Summoners rift and i had a set item list and i realized that when i backed and was in the store the text for the furor boots enchantment item says "game_item_plaintext_1300" had no effect on the game to my knowledge but i thought i would bring it up.
