[GAMEPLAY] Brand ult interactions

There are currently a lot of faulty interactions with brands ult making him extremely inconsistent unless fighting in the most preferred of circumstances. His ult currently after thrown will only hit the target once 99% of the time. I realize this was somewhat the idea however its taken brand from being a preferred pick. Especially in laning making his play very unreliable. I also today 1/30 encountered a bug where the ult wouldn't bounce off skuttle bug but instead dissipated. (1 hour 22minish area (Here)) if you check the stream. The idea was to bounce the ult off poppy to skuttle which was standing next to her then back again for a near instant kill however it didn't bounce and resulted in her stunning me against a wall giving time for ahri to respond. Another reason why I believe his ult needs to be fixed to become more consistent is in team fights. Throughout many of my games when late game comes around the ult needs to be consistent in a way that when i ult their team it doesn't feel the need to hit one person then bounce in between minions for the rest of the bounces Especially if the champions are tagged by the burn. Another very clear instance of brands ult misbehaving is under my highlight reel. The video is called Epic luls. Truthfully its pretty funny if you want to watch the hole thing. However what i want to show you is in the first 15 seconds (Video link). it is the fight with Cass. In this case she is the only one currently burning has been stunned but is surrounded by 3-4 minions. The ult hits her once then proceeds to kill every minion and not hit her again. Used to the ult would have hit her then bounced from each minion and hit her 3 more times. This however was definitely too strong I agree. but as it stands right now his ult needs to be balanced in a way that makes it possible to get some of these early game kills. Overall his power was nerfed more than I think riot intended with the mana cost increases and his ults consistency being nerfed so it doesn't always target champions (To be honest out of all my recent brand games I don't think the ult has bounced back to a single champion from minions once unless it was the only remaining option). If the ult was intended to only ever get one bounce when fighting one specific champion than the over all mana costs of his abilities should be dropped so that he can be played in a more harassment manner early on that allows him to finish people off with his ult. Anyway would love some feed back if anybody reads this please share your thoughts and or opinions. Sorry for bad formatting haven't posted anything before now.
