[GAMEPLAY] Camera locked after using Ekko's ult

Note I've only seen this happen with Ekko and his ult, not any other champs. This only started happening after patch 5.23. Ekko

  • **Server**: EUW

  • **Type of Bug**: In-game bug

  • **Description**: Camera locked after using Ekko's ult

  • **Video / Screenshot**: None

  • **Steps to reproduce**: Play Ekko in a game, wait till you hit lvl 6. Then, at any point it may happen that right AFTER your ult, the camera view is suddenly focused on you and you cannot change this until death.

  • **Expected result**: Camera view isn't changed. (in this case it changed itself to locked on your champ)

  • **Observed result**: Camera view focused on champ.

  • **Reproduction rate**: I've only seen this happen on Ekko and not in all games. Harder to reproduce but has happened a few times before now.

  • **System specs**: Not relevant. 60 FPS. 25ms ping max.
