Ability power

I just wanted to report that whenever i play Ahri and get above 1099 ability power, it is reset to 1000 and below (I don't know if it's the same with other characters). Could someone please check this out?

are you sure its not because of baron buff or elder or something situational like celerity while your in base?

Yeah I'm sure (it happened when i bought my last item that was supposed to get me to more than 1099 ability power)
