Queue matching

Hi, im lvl 23 on my account and i just got matched in a normal game with 6 diamonds players. 1 on my team and 5 on the enemy team. We had a lvl 14 on our team. I'm wondering how is this even happening? On the behalf of me and the level 14, we would like this to be fixed. We were all solo players too, no premade there. I went to the support and they told me to post it here, so there you go. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
