Ivern Passive?
Is ivern passive supposed to work on blitz? If so, it doesn't currently.

ned the kled2 voteswould be too broken. ivern just puts his passive and both junglers smite for fast clears
DKG1 votesYou're not wrong, I was just wondering if it was intentional. I guess I have to assume so. But they could just put a cooldown on his passive so he can at least use it, because he's missing a completely vital part of his kit.
