Not sure if ARAM or Skin issues

I just got done playing a game of ARAM and after unlocking skins was Blood Moon Thresh and over the course I noticed repeatedly my hook would go straight through enemy champions. Not that the hit box would miss, but that the animation itself went through the enemy champion and they would be unaffected. In addition, I used my Ult and the enemy Sivir walked through one of the walls of The Box, but wasn't slowed at all. I'm fine with losing a game of ARAM but these were some pretty major issues. The Morgana on my team also said her trap kept going through the enemy champs, though I can't say for certain as I didn't witness this myself.
