(Client) Can't log in while Chrome is open

When starting League while Google Chrome is on in the background my League won't log on. It checks and verifies my password but then says it can't connect to the servers and closes. I don't know what would effect this or why it happens to me but I have windows 7 and have Java 7 update 71 both 64 bit and not, and Java 8 update 25 64 bit installed. I don't know what else might impact this but if you want to know computer specs or anything that might matter you can ask.
