Errors In Ranked Games

So my PC restarted in a game and it took me a while to come back, but you know that's fine and dandy i got a leaver buster, you know whatever right? Well...No. Because i waited 20 minutes for another game (I still won the previous one for those wondering) and I finally get in the lobby. We all pick our champions, we are about to start...and then i see the main screen with an error: ''Oops something happened blah blah blah if it keeps happening report it at whatever''. So I'm like whatever, right? I go ahead and make another game and i start it...Leaver Buster is still there. I basically wasted 30 minutes of the day waiting for absolutely nothing. Thanks for your game ''Riot GameS'' if that even is your real name...
