[Client] Game Randomly Dodging in Lobby

Not a biggie & it's the first time this has happened, but I was in lobby, the clock was counting down & at about 10? ish seconds to go i saw somebody dodged, I was like "oh yay somebody dodged :)" because I didn't get my lane, so we go to requeue and have a 6 minute timer because I dodged the game? I'd selected my champion & all, and it's only like... the 6 minutes but I'm pretty sure this is just a small bug. Not sure how to reproduce it & can't really try but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. Anyway just reporting because it's an issue and sucks a tiny bit.
