League of legends infinite download loop

So i have been trying to download league of legends for 3 days now. It will download up to 77% or to 55% and then it will restart the download and take it back to 0%, under the download percent it states ( 1 of 1) . Dont know what to do, and this is my second time downloading LOL in this computer until it got corrupted and i am trying to reinstall it. (Btw I already try to run the app as administrator it will do the same thing) PLEASE HELP (i just wanna be pro-zed)
