Client bugged causing me to lose LP, the client acted as if someone dodged and booted me then put me back in and wouldnt let me ban anyone causing me to dodge and lose LP.

Same thing has happened to me and my friends. It's been a random thing since the start of this season. It has gotten less and less likely though. Although it does leave you powerless to not put your games on hold for [insert accumulated dodge timer} and lose 3lp.
