[GAMEPLAY] Xin Zhao Q bugged against inhibitors

Xin Zhao's Three Talon Strike, when used against inhibitors, is not limited to 3 attacks like it is against turrets. This allows for the cooldown decrease and faster attack animation for more than 3 attacks while targeting inhibitors.

Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue: 1 - Use Xin Zhao's Q against inhibitors (preferably with abilities on cooldown in order to better perceive the effect).
