Zilean Ult "R" Bug

This champion has a simple bug. First i played ARAM and at the point who i get level 6 and a Team mate was nearly to die i pressed "R". Nice he was reborn... mh and short instand dead. I m wondering about that because that Value dosent matched. i looked in the Skill text and i looked what there stay and it dosent fit!? The reborned champ got not what ther stays not the 600/850/1100 (+200% of AP) or the squere /half or a value between but its under the basic value of the single stages 600/850/1100. (This stays in the client description too the values 600/850/1100 (+200%))

Last i revived a mate he got ca. 900 life back. I was lvl 18 and he had to got with my "R" 1100 (+724), but yes oh i mean noo he didnt got it. nor than i or others champs in that match.
