i could be doing anything, or nothing at all. after logging in i get a disconnected warning from the client. if i'm using team builder it will crash (just like in the picture), although i have not tried other game modes yet. the warning only appears for a short time and then disappears. it will crash only if i am waiting to be grouped or even if i have joined a group.
Edit: found out it may happen at any time regardless of mode or even when not on queue

Has happened me every single time I try to play league. I usually queue for blind normals, hoping to get into a game before this kind of thing happens, but more often then not i get disconnected from PVP.net and then my client crashes, exactly like your picture shows. Really want this thread to get more attention.
I am having the same issue. Mine will crash at peak performance moments (in team fights when several abilities are used. The screen will become grainy and flash red and pink. It only started since the new patch started. Riot we need help.
