"GAMEPLAY BUG" Liandrys Torment permanent proc until death

My champ mordekaiser used ult on pyke. A few seconds later the enemy mordekaiser ults my teams yassup (same area of map). All 4 champs can interact in death realm of death now. The enemy mordekaiser hits my champion mordekaiser and procks his liandrys on me. He dies about a second later. "the bug part" The enemys mordekaiser liandrys continues to pock on my champion until i die 11 seconds later from liandrys damage alone.
