League game opening as a background process

I had this happen to me a few times but this one was in ranked so i lost 4 lp because of it. i usually alt tab and watch a youtube video untill my game starts so i get distracted but i know when to go back into the game because of the league sounds but sometimes league opens up as a background process so i have to manually go in to the task manager end the task and the reconnect into the game but sometimes i notice it to late and the game gets remade and i get penalized because of it
