Black screen almost every match now

I have lost so much lp in ranked from this black screen bug and 30 minute time outs... If anyone can let me know when this bug is fixed, that'd be great. About had it with all of this.. Made me dodge a couple matches in plat 4, promoted to plat 3, now sitting at -20 lp. Ive tried lower spec mode, collapsing friends lists, hextech repair tool, connection issues guide, idk what else i can do. So just please let me know when this is fixed.
