Tryndamere Ultimate and Smite.
Tryndamere's ultimate doesn't block enemy smites being used on him, allowing junglers to smite him dead during his ult if he's low enough. It might also work on other champions who should be unkillable.

Sounds broken I wanna test this because I thought I did this earlier but wasn't sure.

I have posted this as well being a Tryn main and at one time one of NA top 10 Trynds. This bug is really annoying, it happened to me once or twice out of several thousands of games before the new map, however with the new map or smite changes the bug has come out over and over and over again.
Time to play Master Yi.
Aatrox has a similar bug. Happened to me that my passive didn't proc even when it was ready. I got smited, WW ulted, died. Normally my passive should proc and the revive be happening. But nope. Later on it got normally procced off when I didn't get smited. I could imagine the same happening with other revive like abilities, as of Zac passive, may be GA and Zilean ult aswell.
