No Skin

Ok so i got a 675 Wukong Skin Volcanic Wukong and i bought it so it says unlockable right? WRONG i click Unlock Skin Permanent and it says Redeemed FAILED! Please try again later and all of that stuff i click the Service Status and it shows me crap excuse my language i dont understand why i cant get it. Maybe a new bug Maybe a glitch Maybe hackers? Who knows but i dont know why i cant get it
