[GAMEPLAY] Blitz gets random slows from out of nowhere

There is a bug in LoL when I play blitz, this has occurred twice by now, or at least i have noticed it two times. This is how it goes down: 1.I was playing blitz just a few minutes ago in ranked and I had a jinx teammate with me. Everything was fine util she got lvl 3 and got her ZAP(the slow), and in that very moment when she leveled up she used ZAP and i was slowed. I was on her team. And this slow did not occur when she used her spell, instead it had like a random timer on it and it randomly out of nowhere slowed me through the whole game. U can imagine how frustrating this is, getting random slows from out of nowhere. I was sitting in the fountain and I got slowed, it happened a lot during the game. It was very annoying getting random slows basicaly in every 20-30 secs. 2. Another game where this bug occurred and I noticed it, was in URF mode where the jinx player was my opponent, and here it happened the same thing, from a certain moment in the game, when jinx used her zap, since that moment i was getting random slows and that was really bad cuz u could be on low hp and get slowed and think that she is near. However i did not notice if i received any damage from that slow. Anyone else getting this bug? Please check in to this rito.
