Yorick - Q (Omen of War) on turret

[GAMEPLAY] Yorick - Using Q (Omen of War) does not go off when attacking turrets, inhibitors, or the nexus.

Yorick's Q's effect is this "Yorick's next basic attack within 10 seconds will deal bonus physical damage and summon a Spectral Ghoul."

This does not specify if it should or should not apply when attacking a turret, like Shyvana's Q and Nasus's Q. I'm unsure if this is intentional or not, but either the tool-tip or the Q should be updated appropriately.

I've tried this with and without a skin on inhibitors and turrets throughout the map. I've tried this over 5+ games and it never successfully procs Yorick's Q.
