Zed's 'W' is not as responsive as before

If I want to use my W to quickly move, I normally double tap it. This was a norm for me. Now, lately, the W is unresponsive and I only switch places after .7 seconds later of using the skill. This is becoming a nuisance because I cannot make 'sick' plays ( like W to the enemy and ult and secure a kill). Now it is unpleasant to play Zed. I normally play at a ping of 270 - 320 (Do note that I have played with that ping ever since I first started), but I do not think its the lag. Previously at 300 I can still normally switch quickly with my W. Now I cannot and its slower. Riot, can you please test this or other people as well. I kind-of main Zed, so I want to make sure if this is solvable.
