Can't Reroll Championship Ryze

I'm one of the folks who has all the available skins, so each time some new content comes out I reroll shards to get the new stuff. Today I logged in and rerolled to get the new Morgana, Nami, Amumu and 2 Riven skins no problem, but when I rerolled a sixth time expecting to get Championship Ryze, instead I got a Commando Garen permanent. =(

The skin isn't listed as Limited (though it is Legacy), and in fact is currently available in the store both individually and in its Bundle. Am I missing something?

Damn i have the same problem and it feels so unrewarding after putting so much money into the game

I got it, but that was before the event was enabled and thus now you cannot get it through rerolls as it must be purchased for the time being because

25% of the proceeds from Championship Ryze will go to teams competing at Worlds. See below for more info.

I got the same problem. I tried three times and they did not work. I just wasted 9 skin shards. is there any way that we can get any compensations?

I gave u 3 of my skin shards for him as well. I did read somewhere that some people got him in a RR so I gave it a go and I didn't get him. They should fix it so it wont take our shards if the skins are not re-rollable.
