Reporting A Bug on Twisted Treeline

Good afternoon Summoners,

Not sure if this has already been posted but I was referred here by the Riot employee that was helping me with a ticket I submitted. This past season I ranked up to Plat on TT, and when playing normal games it shows the correct border. But what I've noticed is when you play the ranked flex queue, it doesn't show any border. It shows everyone without borders but does properly show mastery levels. The one in charge of my ticket said it could either be because of the pre-season or it being a bug.
