Help me !!!

So hi , im playing this game since 2015 and this never happened to me, there is normal loading screen all is ok , im playing in my lane farming etc. Then my screen freezes for 1 second and game crashes idk why is it happening, it can be like 10 times per game , and then i rage quit , but can anyone help me please?
