When you search "Jarvan IV" in the skin search bar Darkforge Jarvan IV and Dragonslayer IV share a splash art. 1.Go to shop 2. Go to skins tab 3. type "jarvan" (or any other way to pull up the jarvan skins TBH) 100% frequency for me.
