[GAMEPLAY] Dead Turrets are still standing

Currently, Ive only seen this happen on Howling Abyss, but I assume that the same thing would happen on any other map based on what I think makes it occur. Pretty much, what happens is that a turret dies, but I never see it die. The turret still grants true vision of the area, as if it were still standing, and the structure is still physically present.

Ive only had it happen to me about two or three times, I just blew it off the first time, but the next few got me worried. Pretty much. You get in a game, but you have insane lag. The type that makes it so you constantly get the "attempting to reconnect" bar appear for a few seconds before you are mostly back to normal. During one of these lag spikes, your tower will fall, and when the "attempting to reconnect" finishes doing its thing, it never shows the tower in destroyed form. Super confusing as a player. It doesn't seem to matter which side of the map I am playing from, just the strength of my connection.

Not sure if this is just something that you fix by completely DCing from the game and then loading back in, or if it is just something that I managed to do several times over and not realize it. But I figured that I should point it out.

Here is what it looks like. With the tier 2 tower already taken down, and registered as being taken down, but the tier 1 still standing with full health, just lacking a physical health bar. Hope it makes sense.
