Ip LOSS

I keep joining ranked/normal lobbys and my screen will sometimes suddenly go dark which leads to a frozen but active screen! I can't select a champion, I can't click anything on the league client!! This has happened 8 times now in the last day and continuing to lose Ip! The link above will show you what is happening
