[Gameplay][TFT] Was unable to buy unit in shop

I'm afraid I had no way to record this bug, but during my ranked match in TFT, I was unable to buy a unit (Gangplank: I had two 2s and two 1s, so this was the final one I needed) in my shop.

I tried locking the pool, hoping it'd fix itself in the next round, but it didn't. I can't remember if I checked to see if I could buy anyone else, but either way, I couldn't get that Gangplank. I think a possible reason why is that me and another player got the same Gangplank in the champion pool, since I saw another player get a **Gangplank in the chat while I was trying to buy mine. I had to spend 20 coins trying to get another Gangplank to show up again, so this was definitely no fun lol. I'm sorry that I can't provide more info.

The same game also had a Warwick kind of just stand there for 60% of a round, but I'm sure you're all aware of that bug, since that bug is far more common.
