Ahri healing bug

Should have just commented here instead of making my own post; i just played Ahri in a ranked game at 9 pm East Coast NA 4/10/2016. Ahri no ap scaling bug is still a bug. As seen in the picture her heal per level is fine and levels fine, but her ap based healing remains 0 no matter the bonus ap or level. It is unnoticeable till you get above 50 or so ap, then it becomes extremely apparent upon hitting full waves. IN OTHER NEWS: Ahri bug actually makes Ahri a balanced champion. Hidden bug = Riot's unintentional balance change? Honestly, Riot should keep this bug. I still played very effectively as Ahri in that ranked match. The game was harder and sustain was notably more difficult without pots WHICH WAS A GOOD THING. I actually had to buy pots instead of forgoing it for a random 300 item and 1 v 1s required actual skill shot dodging without the immediate "oops I got hit lemme just heal all of that back with one full-minion wave q" If Riot ever intended to nerf Ahri, leave her AP scaling off of her passive or even forgo the healing completely. It's a hidden op secret of Ahri that noone seems to notice.
