abililities won't respond/ champion will not move. [GAME]

It just happened today i wasn't lagging in the game or having an fps drop. I just couldn't move or use abilities even though you can clearly see me trying to move around. It happened in both of my games that i played today (2/19/2016). Both games I was playing Kallista and it just happened randomly and was not able to move. I can post the whole video if it helps but I'll post a single clip and will upload more if needed.
