[Client - New] Club Chat IGN

The new client, I haven't tried it on the old one, seems to have a slight bug when I try to use Club chat. It first happened when I logged in on Wednesday. My own messages are showing up from "..." along with other's. Linked is a gif of the occurrence where you can see it started after 2/28/2017. I've searched up similar issues but no one seems to have found a solution.

This happens everytime I log on. It hasn't shown names properly since 2/28.
