FIZZ BUG SILENCE

During a game against a mid lane fizz it became obvious that he is immune to silences. Not only that, as Garen, I could not damage fizz atall witht he enhanced auto with the silence. When Sona was not present he took no damage from the auto, and with the (...) to indicate he was silenced, he still used his playful trickster skill to avoid further harm. At no point during any engage with fizz could I use my silence or empowered silence auto to deal damage on him.
