Azir W doesn't work properly (patch 9.11)

If I place more than 1 Azir soldier(W), some of them stop working and they just stand still. I've first noticed this bug a few patches ago and it's keep happening, pretty unplayable sometimes. Clip code: 9-11_EUN1-2193340322_01
