[GAMEPLAY] Nami doesn't heal properly

I was playing 2 games of ARAM as Nami and I realised that even though I was maxing W (heal), the amount of the heal is not the correct one. I had ap items and maxed W and i was healing around 100 hp Can you please have a look at this? Thanks.
