So... I know you don't really do unbans but, in my case a hacker got into my account and played 4 games as soon as I knew about it I changed my password. And the only plausible explanation for getting banned for using 3rd party programs is that he did it cause I've never cheated in my entire life I wouldn't risk my main account and do that shit just sheer due to the time and money I've put into this game. Damn, I've never even used these boards before lol. So If you could unban my account that would be great If not you lost a loyal customer lol you don't care, you've never cared about the people like me PepeHands. But yeah i don't play sett or kai sa i rarely ever play aram and i have to agree with you that the numbers look fishy af. Hopefully something comes out of this if not whatever.

Riot won't unban you no matter what. They just never do anything towards it. Nobody will check what has happened nor they will try to resolve the issue. It's not season 1-4 where they actually cared about the players and the game.

Same thing happened to me about 6 days ago, so I sent in a ticket. They unbanned me within hours.

The person who took over my account played 3 ranked games and my friends let me know that someone was playing on my account. They gave me screenshots which I also sent to Riot.

The bad part is I just got banned again today for the same offense but I suspect it was an oversight due to the "Riot account," work they're doing.
