[CLIENT] Champ Select and Editing Runes

This has happened twice now, causing me to dodge games. If you hit the button to bring up the Rune editor in Champ select before picking your champion and locking in, you lose the ability to interact with the client until the dodge. Further, the rune editor doesn't even pop up. Its like the client is reading that something is in the foreground of the client (The editor), but it is failing to actually bring it forward to interact with it or close it. I did this once just before it was my turn to pick and once during the declare your champion step. Both times I lost the ability to interact with the client.

I can confirm this is a bug/glitch. It just occurred to me. I was modifying my runes and when the counter got down to the last 5 seconds, it forced close the rune page and wouldn't let me lock in during the remainder of the time.

This just happened to me.

I tried to edit runes before selecting my champion - the rune page came up then disappeared and I was back to Champ select. I could no longer interact with the Client in any way and ended up 'dodging' as I could not select my champion.

This has happened to me twice in a row whilst trying to edit my rune page. I ended up dodging both games. I didn't even get to see the run page, I clicked to edit my rune page and then I could see the client but could not interact with it.
