Client Replay Broken, Needs Fixing...

So I wanted to watch some replays and capture highlights, but for some reason, when I wanted to fast forward or rewind to a certain time, all the champions disappear, I get blue boxes and later when I press a button, I get bugsplatted. This is a problem that has been going on for this patch as well as the previous patch. Proof: https://imgur.com/a/cLMYg

PS: This is not just me that happened, I saw the stream spectate/replay and they were having the same issues too...
