Booted for dodging when queue never got to me

I am sitting in a game and it gets stuck on the champ before me. While it spins as though it is thinking my teammates are talking about how buggy the system is and then finally I get an error saying it needs to shut down. I then attempt to rejoin and it lets me know I dodged. Riot I love how I get punished for your inadequate system. Thanks
