ALL CHAT DISABLE
Every game i go into i have to reactivate allchat in the options menu instead of having it activated by default. Is this normal or am I the only one?

Half the fucking tribunal cases in the game would be preemptively solved if kids just left the damn all chat off. *"Aw, I can take some smack talk, it's just a ga- OMFG REPORTED!!1!111!!" *
That's not normal although It is off by default or used to be back when I started. When you enable it, it should be on until you disable it even carrying into other games.
Truthfully you should just leave it disabled. You can play much better in your games if you are not trying to read and/or reply to the enemy teams messages.
